    Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

    Location: Brycewood, South Carolina, USA (Remote work available/Adjacent to Volkswagen Group South Carolina New Energy Industrial Park)

    Base Annual Salary: $200,000 – $300,000 (depending on experience)

    Visa Sponsorship: 100% support for H1B visa transfer/green card (EB-1/EB-2) sponsorship (initiated immediately upon onboarding)

    About Us: We are a newly established, independently operated innovation subsidiary backed by the substantial financial resources of the world’s leading Fortune 500 automotive giant, Volkswagen Group. To support our large-scale expansion in North America, we are establishing this new subsidiary in Brycewood, South Carolina, adjacent to our existing high-tech business park. We plan to formally incorporate by the end of 2026 and are building a multi-billion dollar cross-industry intelligent technology platform. In addition to advanced automotive manufacturing and new energy lithium batteries, our business scope also encompasses financial services, artificial intelligence, logistics, US real estate, and green energy. Job Overview: As a core member of the executive leadership team, the Chief Financial Officer will build the financial matrix, global tax strategy, and capital allocation framework from scratch. You will be responsible for connecting the parent company giant with this rapidly growing startup, managing profit and loss, risk mitigation, and compliance frameworks.

    Core Responsibilities:
    New Financial Architecture:Building a comprehensive financial, accounting, and internal audit system for North America from scratch.
    Strategic Financial Engineering: Managing multi-million dollar capital project budgets, funding for local plant expansions, and cross-industry investments (real estate, cryptocurrency, technology).
    Tax and Compliance: Designing tax-efficient corporate structures across U.S. states and international borders; ensuring strict compliance with IRS, SEC, and global financial standards.
    Board Leadership: Preparing executive briefings, cash flow forecasting models, and risk mitigation strategies directly for the board and global headquarters.

    Qualifications:
    Experience:12+ years of financial leadership experience, including at least 5 years as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Vice President of Finance, or Chief Financial Officer at a large multinational manufacturing, technology, or automotive company. (Experience at a Big Four accounting firm is preferred.)

    Education: Master’s or Doctoral degree in Corporate Finance, Accounting, Law, or Business Administration from a top-tier university. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification is required.

    Language: Native or fluent English. Excellent cross-cultural communication skills and the ability to collaborate with global corporate networks. Entrepreneurial Agility: Able to operate efficiently in an early-stage, low-profile incubation environment while adhering strictly to the rules and regulations of large corporations.
