name check으로 17개월이네요. 10월 5일에 FOIPA를 의뢰했고, 11월 2일에 결과를 받았는데요. 내용은 아래와 같습니다. 제가 받은 내용이 본인 이름의 범죄 기록이 없다인것이 맞나요??? 그리고 아래에 뭘 appreal할 수 있다는 걸까요???

주되 화일이 없다는건 아예 그곳에서 원글님에 대한 기록이 없다인거 같은데요??? 화일 자체가 넘어오지 않았고, 따라서 네임첵도 안되고 있었다는거 아닌가요? 변호사랑 상당해보셔야할거같은데…

I don’t know why you filed a FOIPA for this – it has nothing to do with your case and, as you discovered, did nothing for you. There is no way to expedite the process.
“name check pending”엔 기다리는 것말고는 답이 없는 것이라 그러는지 수임료 다 받았으니 알아서 하라는 건지. 참 거시기합니다.

저희랑 비슷하네요.
작년 6월에 485 신청했으니까요.
같은 답을 받았는데 no record이므로 일단 주요 파일에는 범죄기록이 없다는 뜻인 것같습니다. 저희 변호사도 아무런 도움이 안된다는 주장이고 어찌하다보니 어필 기간도 넘겨 버려 그냥 그러고 있습니다.
이민국에 전화나 자주 해볼려구요.
