Warehouse Operations Specialist
Location: Phoenix, AZ – Apply Now
– Shift: A Sunday – Wednesday/ Sunday – Tuesday & Day Shift (8am ~ 8pm)
– Shift: B Sunday – Wednesday/ Sunday – Tuesday & Night Shift (8pm ~ 8am)
– Shift: C Wednesday – Saturday/ Thursday – Saturday & Day Shift (8am ~ 8pm)

Responsibilities:
– Oversee and manage all aspects of order fulfillment operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders.
– Supervise inbound and outbound activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of battery-related materials and final goods.
– Ensure accurate order fulfillment with an emphasis on speed and quality control.
– Monitor and control inventory accuracy through regular audits and reconciliations.
– Assign daily tasks and provide leadership to warehouse staff and temporary employees to ensure operational efficiency.
– Implement and enforce SOP to maintain productivity, quality, and compliance.
– Monitor team performance and provide coaching and support as needed.
– Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers to resolve issues and maintain high service levels.
– Ensure accurate stock levels through regular cycle counts and audits.

Qualifications:
– Strong understanding of logistics and last mile delivery expectations.
– Experience in supervising and leading warehouse teams.
– Strong understanding of inventory control practices and warehouse management systems (WMS).
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to generate reports.
– Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
– Bilingual in Korean and English is required.

Salary: $45,000 – $65,000 per Salary, In addition to a night shift allowance, and your base pay will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.

Logistics Specialist
Location: Phoenix, AZ – Apply Now
Shift: Monday – Friday

Responsibilities:
– Schedule and coordinate outbound trucking services based on customer delivery orders.
– Prepare and verify dispatch documents and shipping instructions.
– Communicate with drivers, carriers, and logistics partners to ensure timely pick-up and delivery.
– Monitor truck arrivals, departures, and loading activities in the yard.
– Ensure proper loading procedures and safety compliance during dispatch operations.
– Maintain accurate records of dispatched shipments and update inventory systems accordingly.
– Communicate any delays or issues promptly to the operations manager and relevant parties.
– Support the yard operations team with daily tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
– Experience in logistics or warehouse shipping operations is preferred
– Familiarity with dispatch procedures and transportation coordination.
– Basic understanding of safety regulations, especially for battery or hazardous material handling (preferred).
– Strong communication and coordination skills.
– Detail-oriented and organized.
– Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $50,000 – $63,000 per Salary, depending on experience and qualification.

Sr. Logistics Specialist
Location: Phoenix, AZ – Apply Now
Shift: Monday – Friday

Responsibilities:
– Plan and manage daily shuttle transportation schedules between the plant and the yard
– Supervise and coordinate drivers, ensuring efficient route planning and timely dispatch
– Monitor trailer/truck availability, maintenance status, and DOT compliance
– Communicate with customers regarding pickup/delivery statuses and any service delays
– Implement and enforce transportation safety protocols and regulatory compliance (FMCSA/DOT)
– Maintain operational records including dispatch logs, delivery confirmations, fuel usage, and maintenance history
– Work closely with customer service, mechanics, and yard teams to streamline end-to-end logistics operations
– Address and resolve transportation issues, such as delays, breakdowns, or driver shortages

Qualifications:
– 3-5 years of experience in transportation or fleet management (logistics industry preferred)
– Strong understanding of DOT/FMCSA regulations
– Experience managing drivers and vehicle schedules
– Proficiency in Excel and transportation management systems is preferred
– Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
– Bilingual (Korean/English) is preferred
– CDL license or technical understanding of fleet equipment is a plus but not required

Salary: $60,000 – $75,000 per Salary, depending on experience and qualification.

Site Operations Specialist
Location: Phoenix, AZ – Apply Now

Responsibilities:
– Supervise daily truck delivery schedules, assignments, and team performance to ensure operational excellence.
– Ensure timely completion of deliveries and address on-site operational issues promptly.
– Prepare and submit accurate daily progress reports, including trucker activity, project milestones, and delivery status.
– Maintain accurate records of deliveries, inventory, and logistics activities.
– Work closely with drivers, warehouse staff, and other logistics personnel to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
– Maintain detailed logs of cargo movements and on-site activities.
– Coordinate with vendors, clients, and drivers to ensure smooth on-site operations.
– Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and address any issues.
– Monitor safety compliance and adherence to project guidelines.

Qualifications:
– Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, trucking operations, cargo project management, or a related field required.
– Strong organizational and time management skills.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Bilingual in English and Korean.

Salary: $60,000 – $73,000 per Salary, depending on experience and qualification.
