Warehouse Operations Specialist
Location: Phoenix, AZ – Apply Now
– Shift: A Sunday – Wednesday/ Sunday – Tuesday & Day Shift (8am ~ 8pm)
– Shift: B Sunday – Wednesday/ Sunday – Tuesday & Night Shift (8pm ~ 8am)

– Oversee and manage all aspects of order fulfillment operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders.
– Supervise inbound and outbound activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of battery-related materials and final goods.
– Ensure accurate order fulfillment with an emphasis on speed and quality control.
– Monitor and control inventory accuracy through regular audits and reconciliations.
– Assign daily tasks and provide leadership to warehouse staff and temporary employees to ensure operational efficiency.

– Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
– Bilingual in Korean and English is required.Salary: $45,000 – $65,000 per Salary, In addition to a night shift allowance, and your base pay will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
Logistics Specialist

Shift: Monday – FridayResponsibilities:
– Schedule and coordinate outbound trucking services based on customer delivery orders.
– Prepare and verify dispatch documents and shipping instructions.
– Communicate with drivers, carriers, and logistics partners to ensure timely pick-up and delivery.
– Monitor truck arrivals, departures, and loading activities in the yard.
– Ensure proper loading procedures and safety compliance during dispatch operations.
– Maintain accurate records of dispatched shipments and update inventory systems accordingly.

Sr. Logistics Specialist

Shift: Monday – FridayResponsibilities:
– Plan and manage daily shuttle transportation schedules between the plant and the yard
– Supervise and coordinate drivers, ensuring efficient route planning and timely dispatch
– Monitor trailer/truck availability, maintenance status, and DOT compliance
– Communicate with customers regarding pickup/delivery statuses and any service delays
– Implement and enforce transportation safety protocols and regulatory compliance (FMCSA/DOT)
– Maintain operational records including dispatch logs, delivery confirmations, fuel usage, and maintenance history
– Work closely with customer service, mechanics, and yard teams to streamline end-to-end logistics operations
– Address and resolve transportation issues, such as delays, breakdowns, or driver shortagesQualifications:
– 3-5 years of experience in transportation or fleet management (logistics industry preferred)
– Strong understanding of DOT/FMCSA regulations

– Bilingual (Korean/English) is preferred

Site Operations Specialist

– Supervise daily truck delivery schedules, assignments, and team performance to ensure operational excellence.
– Ensure timely completion of deliveries and address on-site operational issues promptly.
– Prepare and submit accurate daily progress reports, including trucker activity, project milestones, and delivery status.
– Maintain accurate records of deliveries, inventory, and logistics activities.
– Work closely with drivers, warehouse staff, and other logistics personnel to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
