    Position Summary:

     

    Under general supervision of the executive management, performs, coordinates, and oversees technical and office administrative duties in support of the executive management including varied and complex office duties. The executive assistant supports the executive management in areas such as completion of special projects and reports, calendar management and scheduling, preparation for and reporting on meetings, correspondence, filing, telephones, travel logistics and other special events and duties as needed.

     

    Essential Functions:

    • Provide administrative support to the executive management.
    • Provide assistance, support, and services for VIP visitors to HMMA.
    • Act as liaison between executive office and HMMA departments and outside agencies, gathering and relaying information to meet goals and resolve issues.
    • Prepare agendas for meetings; attend meetings; take minutes; transcribe and distribute minutes.
    • Produce business letters, and correspondence. Type drafts and finished documents from dictation, instructions, or printed materials. Review finished materials for completeness, accuracy, format, and appropriate English or Korean language usage.
    • Provide bilingual services including written translations and interactive translation for verbal conversations
    • Maintain data; prepare reports. Ensure necessary copies of pertinent materials, reports, records and documents are made, distributed, and filed.
    • Arrange travel schedule and reservations as needed; prepare itinerary, trip file, and supplies; complete expense reports.
    • Administer, coordinate, and comply with all Business Management Systems (BMS) and Environmental Management Systems (EMS) requirements.
    • Meet all other requirements as assigned.

    Requirements/Qualifications

    Occasional travel (domestic, foreign), working hours may include weekends, holidays, and/or off shifts.

    Bilingual- ability to read, write, and speak Korean and English fluently

     

    Education/Training

    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
