    We’re looking for an Executive Administration & Concern Delivery to support the Strategy team and CEO. This position must thrive in a fast-paced, cutting-edge, technology-driven environment. We’re looking for someone who can be flexible and handle a constantly changing and exciting work environment. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention for detail. Reporting directly to the 1) CEO or 2) Strategy manager, this position provides executive support in a one-on-one working relationship But also serves as a liaison to the board of directors and senior management teams; organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts and oversees special projects. The position must be creative and enjoy working within an entrepreneurial environment. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a diversity of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities under information Technology Background.

    Job Location: Fountain Valley, CA
    Salary range: 65k – 90k
    Roles & Responsibilities
    · Work with IT Strategy team and PMO Team
    . Support the CEO to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and that operations run efficiently
    · Coordinate internal and external communications and ensure deliverables are being met
    . Translation or communication (English – Korean)
    . Maintain and refine internal processes that support the executive team, and coordinator internal and external resources to expedite workflows
    · Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management, as well as content and flow of information to the team
    . Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion especially decisions directly impacting the global operations of the company.
    . Sustain a daily calendar of meetings and events.
    . Prepare Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, reports, special projects, and other documents in support of objectives for the organization.
    . Arrange travel and accommodations for executives. Prepare expense reports.
    . Complete adhoc projects as assigned – such as personal events and/or family needs.
    . Organize complex calendars and schedules, resolving any scheduling issues

    Qualifications
    Preferred 4yrs Business or IT degrees or large-scale firm administration work experience.
    Proven experience as an administrative or Project Delivery support experience
    In-depth understanding of the entire MS Office Suite(50+ wpm)
    Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities
    Meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
    A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
    Professional level verbal and written communications skills
    English / Korean Bilingual, and Vice versa
