Job Summary
Individual is responsible for maintenance of customer service related LG global IT system and is expected to be an advanced professional in the systems & process design and have experience on software implementation as well as maintenance. Should be able to do the requirement gathering and documentation, user interaction and communication, and coordination with HQ’s developer aligning with standard policy.

Major Responsibilities/ Activities
– Analyzes business requirements and objectives towards determining the optimal configuration of requirements
– Develops requirements documentation and obtains approval of the requirements form the business owner and other stakeholders.
– Develop and maintain local system interface with global system using proven or existing IT technology
– Communication and management of IT or business partner in order to maintain existing interface or to develop new interface
– Daily issue follow-up occurring in global LG IT system including application as well as infra such as Web/WAS, server, and storage
– Execute IT project managing schedule, requirement, cost and profit, risk and issue, and system quality

Minimum Requirement
• Related Bachelor’s Degree; or 4 years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong troubleshooting methodology is required
• Individual must possess a broad knowledge on customer service area for manufacturing industry.
• Customer service mind, communication skill, work independently and interpersonal skills.
• The position will also require occasional travel & weekend work as part of a formal Change Process and occasional after hours work to respond to any issues. – In-depth knowledge of ERP solutions
• 4+ years Working knowledge of database (Oracle, MS*SQL, PL/SQL)
• 4+ years of Software design and development (Java, JavaScript, HTML, XML, JSON, CSS, AJAX, Web/WAS )
or 4+ years of Oracle ERP OM experience
• 3+ years of Project management
• Bilingual in Korean and English

Preferred Qualifications
• Fluent English preferred
• Overseas Travel required
• LG IT project experience preferred
