IT Security Manager – Korean Bilingual
Location: Englewood Cliffs, NJ
Employment Type: Full-Time / On-Site
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Salary: $89,000–$120,000 DOE + Bonus
Korean / English Bilingual Required

We are seeking an experienced IT Security Manager to oversee information security policies, compliance, security assessments, audits, and risk management initiatives.
This position will work closely with the company’s Headquarters in South Korea, making professional-level Korean and English communication essential.

Key Responsibilities
– Develop, implement, and maintain information security policies, standards, and procedures
– Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, internal policies, and business requirements
– Collaborate with Headquarters in Korea on IT security, risk management, and security reporting
– Coordinate and support internal and external security audits
– Conduct regular security policy and compliance reviews
– Develop and manage annual security awareness and data privacy training
– Provide security and compliance guidance to employees, system administrators, and developers
– Conduct security vulnerability assessments and track remediation efforts
– Identify security gaps and manage improvement initiatives
– Support broader cybersecurity risk management and incident response
– Assist with IT infrastructure security and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) controls

Qualifications
– 7+ years of professional experience in Information Security, Cybersecurity, or related IT fields
– Hands-on experience in one or more of the following:
– Cloud Administration & Security
– Network Administration
– Server Operations & Management
– IT Infrastructure Management
– Software Development
– Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and standards, including:
– ISO 27001
– NIST Cybersecurity Framework (NIST CSF)
– Experience securing and managing cloud environments such as AWS and/or Microsoft Azure
– Experience with security audits, vulnerability assessments, compliance, and remediation
– Strong understanding of security policies, risk management, and security controls
– Fluent Korean and English communication skills required
Preferred Certifications
One or more of the following is highly preferred:
CISSP | CISM | CISA | CIPP/US
