Server Administrator (Manager / Sr. Manager)

Salary: $87,000 – $120,000 annually (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, On-Site (5 days/week)
Language: Korean & English Bilingual Required

We are seeking an experienced Server Administrator (Manager / Sr. Manager) to join our Team in Englewood Cliffs, NJ.
This position is responsible for managing and supporting enterprise server infrastructure, storage systems, virtualization environments, and related applications.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on technical expertise in Windows and Linux server administration, enterprise infrastructure management, and troubleshooting, along with the ability to coordinate infrastructure projects and communicate effectively with local and global teams.

Key Responsibilities
Server & Infrastructure Administration
– Manage, maintain, troubleshoot, and support enterprise Windows and Linux server environments.
– Build, configure, deploy, and maintain physical and virtual servers.
– Administer enterprise storage systems and monitor storage capacity and utilization.
– Perform server installation, configuration, upgrades, and lifecycle management.
– Support backup, disaster recovery planning, testing, and documentation.
Infrastructure Projects & Operations
– Coordinate infrastructure projects and ensure alignment with headquarters’ IT standards.
– Evaluate and recommend infrastructure technologies and system improvements.
– Develop migration and upgrade plans for existing infrastructure.
– Participate in change management processes, including occasional after-hours and weekend support.
– Support domestic and international infrastructure projects as needed.
Team Collaboration & Leadership
– Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams and global stakeholders.
– Present technical updates, infrastructure recommendations, and project progress to management.
– Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior IT team members.
– Support future infrastructure resource planning and team management initiatives.

Required Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
– Minimum 7 years of hands-on server infrastructure administration and support experience.
– Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux server environments.
– Experience with enterprise server architecture, deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
– Knowledge of enterprise storage systems and SAN switches; EMC and NetApp preferred.
– Experience with Symantec NetBackup architecture.
– Familiarity with virtualization technologies, including VMware.
– Exposure to monitoring and DevOps tools such as Nagios, Cacti, and Jira.
– Understanding of networking fundamentals and database server environments.
– Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
– Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently while collaborating with technical teams.
– Leadership capabilities, including mentoring or managing junior IT professionals.
– Fluent Korean and English communication skills are required.
