I need to visit korea next Sat. and my 485 approved yesterday. I tried to get stamp at local infopass, however all the reservation were full(less than 1 wks left, probably). I have valid H1B VISA untill this October.Stlii do I need to get the stamp or not? If I need, how can I get the stamp without reservation? Thanks for your advice. My whole stoty will be posted later. Thanks in advance.

I just came back from info pass. They did not allow me to go in because I didn’t have appointment. I tried to get but it is full until next Fri. I need help.

Did you issue I-131?
If you have a Travel Document, use it. That is the fastest way that I think.
If not, you should have stamp because your H-1b might be expired when your I-485 is approved.

I have Ap. But is it effective even though 485 was approved.

AFAIR, neither AP nor H1b are valid once your 485 was approved.

485승인이 났고 영주권 카드가 오더됐다는 멜이나 이멜 받으셨을 겁니다. 이때는 여행허가서, 스탬핑 받았던 h1b 이런 걸로 한국방문하는게 아니라, 무조건 인포패스가서 여권에 도장받아가야함. 예약을 할 수 없으면 그냥 금요일 (오늘 같은날) 방문해서 walk-in 줄에 서서 받으세요.
