    LOCATION: ​Gainesville, Georgia​
    * Salary Range: 70K-150K (depends on experience)​

    Job Summary

    The Electrical Supervisor will be responsible for not only installing and repairing complex electrical control, wiring, or lighting systems working from a technical blueprint, but also training and mentoring staff, creating work schedules, providing technical assistance, and troubleshooting system issues. You may also be required to maintain and repair the electrical equipment used on-site.​

    Primary Responsibilities​ (Job duties include but are not limited to the following:)

    • Installing, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing any machinery, equipment or facility operated by electricity using appropriate testing devices.
    • Designing and implementing work schedules for the electrical staff.
    • Inspecting and assessing the work done by the electrical staff and ensuring the work is completed on schedule and to code.
    • Reading and interpreting design schematics to ensure the proper installation of electrical systems or equipment.
    • Overseeing the purchasing and maintenance of the electrical equipment on-site.
    • Following National Electrical Code state and local building regulations.
    • Managing electrical safety in the facility and maintaining a safe and clean work area.
    • Consulting with builders, architects, and other workers on-site.

    Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a similar field
    • At least 2 years of experience working in food or pharmaceutical manufacturing factories as an electrical supervisor is preferred
    • Must be able to travel for a one-month OJT training in Korea.
    • Bilingual in English and Korean MUST
    • Valid license or relevant electrician certifications practice profession
    • Preferred Qualifications: Auto CAD and related software program skills
    • Communication Skills
    • Strong leadership and managerial skills.
    • In-depth knowledge of commercial and industrial electrical systems.
    • Experience in industrial and/or commercial electrical systems
    • Thorough knowledge of state electrical and safety codes and procedures and legal regulations and guidelines

    • Excellent physical condition and flexibility to work long shifts and overnight

    Job Summary

    A mechanical supervisor is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery and equipment in a factory or other industrial setting. They may also oversee the work of other mechanical technicians and workers. Also, they must possess strong organizational, problem solving and verbal and written communication skills. They should be detail-oriented leaders who can meet deadlines and work with diverse employees.​​

    Primary Responsibilities​
    • Job duties include but are not limited to the following:
    • Assist superintendents in planning and coordinating mechanical work orders
    • Involved in the installation of any mechanical equipment in the new plant, and maintain, trouble shoot or repair those installed machinery or equipment after starting operation.
    • Management concerning administrative, mechanical and operation related issues including preventative maintenance of facility mechanical equipment and systems or the replacement of worn, damaged, or failed equipment and components in support of facility operations
    • Direct emergency repairs to systems, equipment, and components
    • Interpret designs, drawings, and O & M manuals in locating and diagnosing trouble in mechanical equipment, components, and systems
    • Demonstrate and conduct any required inspection and testing of equipment and components as necessary to complete work packages and ensure systems are returned to operational conditions
    • Direct mechanical trade functions towards the installation of new equipment or modification of existing systems in support of changes to plant system configuration
    • Utilize designs and drawings to plan and layout installations to minimize waste of materials, provide access for future maintenance, and ensure applicable project specifications and industry standards are adequately satisfied
