PD 기준으로 01JAN19 이전에 하신분들만 이제 485 파일링은 할수있는거고

Final Action date = C 로 뜨면서 1월달까진 485 승인은 상관없이 계속 나는것 같긴한대..

그리고 또한가지.. 보통 다음달이 되면 저 cut off 날짜도 01FEB19 이렇게 한달씩 진전이 되는건가요? 궁금하내요 과거에는

어땠는지~

4~5월까지 문호에 적힌대로 진행될 것으로 예상한다 다만 상황에 따라 이는 바뀔수도 있다는 내용이구요

보통 한달에 문호가 한달씩 진전하는게 보통이나 후퇴할지 아니면 더 열어줄지는 모릅니다.

485파일링 여부는 uscis 공지 봐야 합니다. Dates for filling [for consular processing of immigrant visa application DS-260] 이고 485 접수를 어느 날짜로 할지는 USCIS가 별도로 공지합니다.

참고로 비슷한 상황인 f2a는 final action date을 아래와 같이 쓰고 있습니다.
