LC 접수 일자가 18년 12월이면 이번달 영주권 받는데 문제 없지 않나요?

저번주에 인터뷰 봤는데 case remains pending 이라고 업데이트가 됐네요.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have submitted a valid transfer of underlying basis request, then this Case Status Online message does not mean that USCIS has paused work on your application.

Our systems do not currently have the capability to automatically update the receipt of a transfer of underlying basis request or Supplement J at this time.

The message will be updated in Case Status Online, however, after USCIS takes some other action on the adjustment of status application (for example, issuing a request for evidence, transferring the application between offices, or approving the application).

인도인도 아닌데 왜 승인이 바로 안나고 저렇게 됐는지 의문입니다.

Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction 이었습니다.ㅠㅠ

어제 EB3비숙련 2차 인터뷰 보고왔는데 인터뷰어가 말하길 올해 쿼터가 다 끝나서 올핸 못 준다고 하더라구요.
아마 새 쿼터 시작인 10월에 봐야할거 같아요~

17년 9월입니당.

다음달에 비숙련 승인가능일 20년6월1일로 17년이시면 승인 받으실 수 있습니다

저도 8월 말에 인터뷰 보고 Case remain pending 으로 업데이트 됬어요 ㅠㅠ 별말 없었는데.. 이렇게 변해서 좀더 기다려야되는구나 하네요.
