회사와 계약된 대형 로펌을 통해서 진행했구요.

EB-2 라서 스스로도 좀 여유가 있었고 대형로펌이라서 그런지 몰라도 서로 느긋하게 서류준비하고 진행했던 거 같아요. 140도 그냥 regular로 했고요  패러리걸하고만 이메일로 연락해서 진행했고 변호사와서는 직접 연락한 적이 없습니다. 대체로 순조롭게 진행이 되었는데 485 신청할 때 제적증명서를 내지 않아서 RFE 가 떠서 약간 지체된 점은 있습니다.

h1 비자 초기인 입장에서는 영주권 받아도 달라지는 건 없네요 ㅎ
