If you filed a Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, on July 30, 2007, or after, then no fee is required to file a request for employment authorization on Form I-765. You may file the I-765 concurrently with your I-485, or you may submit the I-765 at a later date. If you file Form I-765 separately, you must also submit a copy of your Form I-797C, Notice of Action, receipt as evidence of the filing of an I-485.

485를 2007년 7월 30일 이후에 신청한 사람이면 EAD 카드 신청시 무료라고 나오는데… 맞습니까?

올 6-7월쯤 동시접수로 140/485 신청했는데 그때 EAD 카드 변호사수수료때문에 신청을 안했거든요. 혼자 해보려고 하는데 어렵지는 않겠지요?

혼자하실수 있습니다….충분히..완전정복시리즈를 보시면 더욱 도움이 될듯..

작년 7월경에 접수할때 인상된 금액(대략1000불?)으로 접수하셨으면 무료
인상전금액 300불선?은 또 내야합니다.

갱신하는 경우에도 해당되나요? 작년 7월 이후 인상금액으로 신청했는데 벌써 1년이 다되어가서요… 알려주세요…
