제가 Niw eb2 로 140 승인받고,
485, 765(EAD)를 파일링 했는데, 최근에 765승인이 났고, 485는 아직 펜딩 중이예요.
그런데 얼마전에 레이어프 되어서 가지고 있던 O 1 비자가 만료가 되었어요.

이 경우 EAD 를 사용 가능한가요?
