2007년 대란때 EB-3/485접수하였으며 EAD는 이번이 3번째 연장인데 뜬금없이 RFE가 떳네요.

내용인즉슨,,,(중요부분만 갈췌)

USCIS records show that you have a pending Form I-485; However, we were unable to locate the underlying immigrant petition associated with your application for adjustment of status. Submit evidence, such as a copy of an I-797C Receipt Notice, that you have properly filed an underlying immigrant petition(such as Form I-140, I-130, I-360, I-526).

If the petition was filed under a different name and/or A-number, please provide copies of the receipt notice under that name, along with evidence of a valid name change. If you are a derivative applicant, provide proof of your relationship to the principal applicant, such as a birth certificate or marriage certificate along with a copy of the receipt notice of the principal applicant’s Form I485 and receipt notice of underlying petition.

제 와이프가 주신청자이고 와이프는 제가 EAD 신청하기 한달전에 먼저 신청하여 아무 문제없이 승인되었습니다.

제가 이해하기로는 와이프의 I-140 Receipt Copy, I-485 Receipt, 그리고 결혼증명서(한국에서 결혼하였으므로 호적등본 사본으로 대체)를 보내는것이 맞나요? 그외에 따로 보내야할것이 있나요?(레터 등의 설명서?)
