Good morning,

My question is that is it possible for E2 employee (Controller) to apply for Green Card through EB1-3 category?
My current E2 employer is a multi-national company (HQs in Seoul, manufacturing facilities in Indonesia, China, and U.S.).
If possible, are there any specific requirements (i.e. 1-year employment preceding 3 years, etc.)?

Any advice/comment will be greatly appreciated.
