Seeking a Full Time Legal Assistant for immigration practice.
• Assist attorneys in preparing petitions submitted to USCIS.
• Assist attorneys in prepration of visa application documents.
• Prepare forms and other documents according to information received from clients
• Obtain and organize supporting documents.
• Translation of documents (Korean/English)
• other administrative works

Job Requirements:
• Detail oriented
• Fluency in Korean & English
