Donghee America, Inc. is a Tier 1 supplier that manufactures plastic blow-molded fuel tanks for OEM’s HMMA and KMMG. We are located in Auburn, AL., and we are currently hiring for the following position:

Job title:
– Production Specialist (Entry level) (until fulfilled)

Job description:
– Collect all necessary daily reports from the previous day and document for weekly and monthly production report.
– Coordinate with team leader or supervisor to assign operators to appropriate workstation and position as necessary
– Coordinate with production techs and maintenance to correct quality problems as well as Machine Problems.
– Check inventory frequently to ensure safety stock and more to fulfill customer order.
– Monitor production– providing quick solutions to reduce any unnecessary downtime.
– Study scrap loss and countermeasure to prevent further scrap loss.
– Lead safety activities for the shift to ensure equipment is safe and that operators perform duties safely.
– Identify the station where it lacks manpower and coordinate with supervisor to move operators for optimization.
– Ensure each production line is meeting daily production plan quota.
– Support logistics and warehouse management
– Manage inventory of all consumable parts used in production dept. and order as needed
– Perform special projects as required.

Qualification :
– Bachelor’s degree(engineering preferred but not required), or equivalent combination of education and experience.
– English-Korean bilingual preferred but not required.
