찾다보니까 deed garage라고 나오는데 그게 뭔가요? 감사합니다.

deed 라는 말은 a written document for the transfer of land or other real property from one person to another 입니다. 여기서 보면 garage 소유권을 이전하는 문서인것 같는데 혹은 사신집이 detached garage일것 같군요..
