안녕하세요? 비자 추가서류로 credential evalution을 내라고 해서 WES에서 진행하다가 문서를 제출한거 같은데 계속 안받았다고 웹사이트에서 뜨고 직접 문의도 너무 어렵고 해서 ECE에서 다시 시작했습니다. My eQuals 로 academic transcript를 공유했는데 이멜이 와서, sealed original document를 대학교에서 직접 ECE 로 부치라고 하네요. ㅠ 그러면서 Note: we may be able to accept secure electronic document via email directly sent from an official at your institution… 이라고 쓰면서 case-by-case다 라고 썼어요. 왠지, 학교직원이 이멜보내도 우편으로 보내라고 할거 같은 느낌이 드는데 어떻게 보시는지요? 이런 기관에서 엄격히 문서도 정해진 형식으로만 받는다는건 이해하겠는데, 학교시스템에서 공유한 문서도 안된다고 하니, 힘겹게 느껴지네요. ECE 웹사이트에선 My eQuals 로 공유해도 된다고 general 한 정보로는 적혀있거든요. 호주타즈마니아대학교서 미국 위스콘신까지 우편발송이 얼마나 걸릴까요? 변호사를 통하면 순조롭게 받을수 있을까요? 별별 생각이 드네요;; 긴글 읽어 주셔서 감사드리고, 혹시 비슷한 경험하신분 경험 공유 해주실수있으실까요? 감사합니다.

I have experienced a similar situation as you.
1. First you may explain your situation to the evaluation agency, so they may accept the electronic documents directly from the University.
2. If they don’t accept, you may check other agencies.
3. In the worst case, just use express mail (e.g., FedEx)- I think it will not take that long time.

In my opinion, these are all bullshit- they just make the system complicated and make money out of them- well unfortunately that’s just the way how Americans live- You need to get used to this.

Not different but difficult 😅

NACES 회원사면 무리없이 가능한데 업체별로 요구하는 방식이 다릅니다. 리포트가 중요하니 업체중에서 내가 편하게 할 수 있는 곳을 찾으세요. e-mail 이나 업체 시스템에 공식 문서를 스캔한 버전을 내가 업로드하는 방식으로 가능한 곳이 있으니 찾아보시길… 제가 했던 곳은 Global Credential Evaluators 라는 곳입니다. 봉인된 문서를 학교에서 직접 보내라는 곳은 제외하고 찾아봤었고 몇군데 알아보다 거기서 했었습니다. 전혀 문제 없이 잘 진행되었었고요. 참고하시길….

이민국에서 요구하는 학력평가서에 관한 기준은 그리 까다롭지 않습니다. 꼭 WES 내지는 특정 기관에서 발급한 서류를 요구하는 것이 아니면 학력평가서 준비는 간단합니다. 다음에는 담당변호사분에게 물어 보시면 추천을 해 주실겁니다.
