Core Roles & Responsibilities
1. Analyze company’s Profit and Loss Management
 Monthly Closing management
 Analysis of monthly closing, and Budgeting (Yearly, Monthly, and by Department)
2. Act as a Communication and Meeting Control Tower
 Issue checking and trouble-shooting.
 Communication and Meeting Control (Meeting open, Minutes of meeting etc.)
3. Corp. Overall Schedule and Meeting management.
 Monthly, Weekly Meeting
4. Information Gathering
 Gathering and Analysis of any issues.
 Reporting by Powerpoint, Excel.

Competency Required for This Position

1. Bachelor degree is required (business admin is preferred)
2. Business Attitude, Accountability
3. Understanding P&L (Financial, Business Management)
4. Ethical Conduct
5. Communications Proficiency in English and Korean
6. Strategic Thinking
7. Presentation Skills
8. Project Management
