I will start my job in San Jose, CA next week.

But, by some resasons, my wife and my son will live in Portland, OR.

So,I want to use flights from San Jose to Portland every weekend – Back to home on Friday evening, back to work on Sunday nigth or Monday morning.

I’m not sure which way is best in terms of budget, time.

Actually, I made a reservation for flights on 11/2/07(Fri), 11/4/07(Sun) from alaska airline home page.

It is $180 for round trip.

As long as I know, $180 is cheapest price.

Is there any other way I can save some money?

check southwest.com and try making 2 weeks in advance reservation.
