Configuration and Maintenance Database ( CMDB)

Looking for a new opportunity in the IT industry?
We are currently seeking a CMDB Administrator for a contract position in Fountain Valley, California. This initial 6-month onsite position has the potential to become a full-time opportunity.
The starting rate is $34.00 + per hour. ( up to $ 60 DOE)

As a CMDB Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting in the configuration and maintenance of the CMDB in alignment with organizational requirements and best practices. You will also be responsible for populating the CMDB with accurate and relevant configuration items (CIs) and ensuring data integrity through regular validation and reconciliation activities.

Other key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, contributing to the continuous improvement of CMDB processes and procedures, and creating and maintaining documentation related to CMDB configurations, processes, and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field, and a strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and practices, particularly Configuration Management. Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform, specifically CMDB module configuration and administration is a plus. Preferred English / Korean Bilingual.
