직무 요약: 본 직무는 최첨단 자동화 설비의 유지보수를 담당하며, 한국 설비 파트너사 및 본사와의 원활한 소통을 통해 공장의 가동률을 극대화하는 역할을 수행합니다.

주요 업무 (Key Responsibilities):
• 설비 유지보수 (PM/BM): SMT 라인, 자동화 조립 설비, 검사 장비의 주기적인 예방 보전 및 고장 시 긴급 복구 지원
• 설비 셋업 및 최적화: 신규 설비 도입 시 설치 지원 및 하드웨어/소프트웨어 세팅 최적화
• 기술 통번역: 한국 설비 업체와의 컨퍼런스 콜 통역, 국문 설비 매뉴얼의 영문화 및 현지 작업자 교육 자료 작성
• 부품 및 자재 관리: 설비 스페어 파트(Spare Parts) 재고 관리 및 한국/현지 업체로부터의 자재 구매 요청
• Smart Factory 관리: PLC 기반 제어 시스템 및 센서류 점검, 생산 데이터 수집 장비 관리

자격 요건 (Qualifications/Requirements):
• 기계공학, 전기공학, 제어계측공학, 메카트로닉스 등 관련 공학 계열 학사 학위 소지자
• 한국어/영어 이중언어 능통자 (설비 사양 및 기술적 이슈를 두 개의 언어로 명확히 전달 가능해야 함)
• 기초적인 회로도/도면 해독 능력
• PLC, 모터, 센서 등 자동화 부품에 대한 이해도 및 문제 해결을 위한 끈기와 현장 중심의 사고방식

Key Responsibilities:
• Equipment Maintenance (PM/BM): Perform preventive maintenance and emergency troubleshooting/repair for SMT lines, automated assembly equipment, and inspection systems.
• Equipment Setup & Optimization: Support installation and commissioning of new equipment and optimize hardware/software settings for stable operation.
• Technical Translation & Interpretation: Provide interpretation during conference calls with Korean equipment vendors, translate Korean equipment manuals into English, and prepare training materials for local operators.
• Parts & Materials Management: Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate material/parts purchasing requests with Korean and local suppliers.
• Smart Factory Support: Inspect and maintain PLC-based control systems, sensors, and production data collection equipment.

Qualifications / Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Control & Instrumentation Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field.
• Fluent bilingual proficiency in Korean and English, with the ability to clearly communicate technical specifications and equipment-related issues in both languages.
• Basic ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
• Understanding of automation components such as PLCs, motors, and sensors, with strong troubleshooting skills and a hands-on, field-oriented mindset.
