교정하는 방법 

1. 먼저, 선생님의 크레딧을 신용조회 평가기관(Trans Union, Equifax, Experians)에서 
크레딧리포트를 보듯이 선생님의 은행거래기록 관한 평가기관이 있습니다… 
생소하시겠지만, (CHEXSYSTEM)이라는 사설기관이며, 
대다수의 은행들이 이곳을 통해 은행거래 기록 조회 및 신분을 조회합니다…. 
그러므로 선생님의 리포트를 먼저 신청하시여, 확인하십시요.. 
이것은 무료로 받아 보실수 있습니다..우편신청하시여 7일정도 소요 됩니다.. 

2. 리포트를 받아보신 후, 내용을 확인합니다….. 
(예를들어 BOA에 어카운트가 있으셨으면, 언제 오픈하였는지, 어떤 오류 또는 문제로 어카운트가 강제 폐쇄 되었는지….) 
*대부분이 over drafted (부도수표 남발 또는 잔고부족이 이유입니다…) 

3. 확인이 되시면 다음과 같이 교정 또는 삭제 신청의 요청서를 작성하시여 우편으로 보내시면 됩니다,,,,, 
아래 영문 편지 샘플이오니 참고하시기를 바랍니다…..

4. 우체국에 가셔서 첵씨스템 리포트 사본과(copy) 함께 이의를 제기하는 편지를 보내시면 됩니다….. 
절대 원본 문서를 보내지 마십시오! 그리고 반환받는 요청을 등기 우편을 통해 보내주십시오. 

5. 그러면, 첵씨스템(chexsystem) 회사는 선생님께서 요청하신 우편을 받아보고서 
즉시 선생님의 거래 은행(예로, BOA)에 분쟁 정보 및 지원 문서를 전달합니다. 
이떄 은행은 선생님의 계좌정보를 조사(investigation)하고 계좌 조회에 따른 결과를 다시 보고합니다. 
이러한 과정은 chexsystem회사가 중재자 역활을 한다고 보시면됩니다… 
chexsystem 회사는 선생님의 이의를 제기하는 편지를 받으면 접수 받은일로 부터 30-45 일 이내에 조사를 완료하는 데, 
공정 신용보고 법 (FCRA)에 의해 적용됩니다. 
만약 Chexsystem회사가 이의 제기에대하여 거래 은행(예, BOA)으로부터 
이의 제기에 대한 답변을 30-45 일 이내에 응답을 못받을 경우에, 
Chexsystem회사는 선생님의 리포트에서 법에 의거하여 나쁜기록을 삭제해드립니다…. 
물론 당연히 이의제기가 받아 들어지지 않을경우 추가 진술 또는 서면을 통하여 이의 제기를 이어갈수 있습니다…
