자격: 5년이상 production line 경험 필수, 영어 의사소통 가능하신분
cellphone 분야 경험 우대

Job description: 아래를 참조 바랍니다.

Hands-on monitoring of the manufacturing Team’s daily performance; appraising job results; coaching counseling/disciplining and training Teammates, adhering to all company rules , policies and procedures.

Assigns, directs and coordinates work activities; motivating Repair Team and Team Leads to achieve desired results.
Ensures that all teammates understand their work assignment, train as needed, including operational and quality requirements
Monitor Repair Team performance and instruct / re-instruct teammates as needed.
Continuously develop the skills of Teammates and Team Leads
Executes the Repair Team schedule by assigning Teammates; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; resolving problems; reporting results.
Process all applicable inventory, payroll and attendance paperwork
Performs the various daily audits as required.
Maintains proper housekeeping ensuring a safe and clean work environment for all plant teammates
Ensures the safe operation of all equipment used under their supervision
Communicates effectively with the Repair Team
Other tasks as assigned by the Repair Team Manager.
