https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx 에서 비자 상태 확인했을 시 “Approved”로 뜨는 것은 “Issued”와는 다른 것인지 궁금합니다.

Approved 아래에는 다음과 같은 설명글이 있습니다:

Your visa is in final processing. If you have not received it in more than 10 working days, please see the webpage for contact information of the embassy or consulate where you submitted your application.
For more information, please visit U.S. Embassy Seoul.

O-1 비자인데, 인터뷰가 끝나고 여권만 제출하고 별도의 instruction은 받지 않고 나왔습니다.
