1. Operations Management
. Supervise and coordinate industrial equipment operations located in the Chicago metropolitan area
. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations
. Schedule and allocate resources efficiently to optimize productivity.2. Client Management
. Serve as the primary point of contact for the key customer (Korean major company), addressing their inquiries, concerns, and needs.
. Build relationships with key stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide timely solutions.
. Collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality service and meet client expectations.3. Service Management
. Identify and onboard maintenance service providers for the branch office
. Supervise performance of maintenance contractors, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and quality standards.
. Coordinate maintenance schedules to minimize disruptions to operations, while ensuring facility upkeep.4. Business Development
. Research and identify potential business opportunities in the region
. Develop strategic initiatives to expand the branch’s client base and revenue streams.
. Lead marketing activities to enhance the visibility and reputation in the market.5. Compliance Management
. Stay updated on relevant regulations and industry standards related to the branch operation and client management.
. Implement procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
. Assess and improve operational efficiency thru process optimization and performance monitoring.Qualification
. Team management skill
. Comprehensive understanding of logistics operation.
. Technical knowldge in warehouse & transportation management system
. Proficient in Korean and English.
. Flexibility to travel up to 30% of the time as necessary.Apply
