Bill of Particulations will be not for Small Claim. Before the trial, you need ask Debt Validation to Collection and they have to response to you within 30 day. You’d better to send with certified mail. A lot of cases, Collection doesn’t prepare the Debt Validation and you need to request Motion to Dismiss.
