     an Electrical Automation Controls Engineer.

    Background experience in:

    Robot Engineer, Control
    Engineer, Automation Engineer, Project Engineer

     Industry
    experience in Automotive, Automation or Pharmaceutical Process Control 
    Experience with:      

      Fanuc/ABB Robot programming

        Understanding of Pneumatics,
        VFD, Servo control

          Electrical troubleshooting
          knowledge

            Knowledge in GAMP

          • Understands validation
            process and P&ID
          • Skills

              S5, S7, WinCC, ProfiBus,
              ProfiNet, RSLogix 5, RSLogix 500, RSLogix 5000, Factory Talk, DeviceNet,
              ControlNet

                Able to perform process
                control automation of new and existing equipment to optimize performance

                  Leads and directs the work of
                  contractors and others as necessary

                    Work closely with engineering
                    team members on project development through execution, and startup phases

                       Excellent communication
                      and interpersonal skills

                    •  Provides support to
                      Project Managers for project schedule, scope, budget, design engineering,
                      planning, and coordination of a projects
                      • Ability to quickly learn and
                        apply the latest technologies

                         

                        Required
                        Qualifications

                          Bachelors degree in
                          electrical engineering (a combination of education and experience may be
                          considered in place of a BSEE)

                            Minimum of five (5) years of
                            experience in process automation

                              PLC programming with Siemens
                              and/or Allen Bradley

                               Travel up to 90%

                               Salary

                              Depending on experience
