직무 개요 (Position Summary):
Infrastructure Engineer는 회사의 엔터프라이즈 IT 인프라 환경을 지원하고 안정적으로 운영하는 역할을 담당합니다. 주요 업무 범위는 Windows 및 Linux 서버, 가상화 플랫폼(VMware/Hypervisor), EMC 스토리지 시스템, 네트워크 인프라 관리 및 유지보수입니다. 본사(HQ) IT팀, 외부 협력업체, 계약직 기술 인력 및 애플리케이션 운영팀과 협업하여 인프라 장애를 분석하고 해결하며, 시스템 개선 수행 및 주요 비즈니스 시스템의 가용성, 안정성 및 보안 유지를 위해 인프라 운영 전반을 지원하게 됩니다.

주요 업무:
• Windows 및 Linux 서버 환경을 관리, 모니터링 및 유지보수하여 시스템 안정성과 가용성 확보
• VMware 및 기타 Hypervisor 플랫폼 지원 (가상 머신 생성, 설정, 모니터링 및 장애 해결)
• EMC 스토리지 시스템 관리 (용량 모니터링, 연결 상태 점검 및 스토리지 관련 장애 해결)
• 서버, 스토리지, 가상화 환경, 네트워크 연결 및 시스템 성능 관련 인프라 장애 분석 및 해결
• 스위치, 라우터, 방화벽 연결 상태 및 서버룸 네트워크 장비 등 네트워크 인프라 지원
• 인프라 장애 발생 시 대응, 원인 분석 및 재발 방지를 위한 개선 조치 수행
• 본사 IT팀, 협력업체, 벤더 및 애플리케이션 팀과 협업하여 문제 분석 및 기술적 해결 방안 적용
• 정기적인 시스템 유지보수, 패치 작업, 하드웨어 점검, 백업 지원 및 인프라 상태 모니터링 수행
• 물리 서버, 스위치, 라우터, 케이블링, 랙 구성 및 하드웨어 교체 지원 등 서버룸 장비 관리
• 인프라 구성 정보, 장애 해결 절차, 유지보수 기록 및 문제 해결 내용을 문서화하여 운영 연속성 확보

자격 요건:
• 컴퓨터공학, 정보기술(IT), 엔지니어링 또는 관련 분야 학사 학위 소지자
• Windows/Linux 서버, 가상화 환경 및 엔터프라이즈 스토리지 등 IT 인프라 운영 관련 3~5년 이상의 실무 경험
• VMware(또는 기타 Hypervisor), EMC/Dell EMC 스토리지 및 서버 하드웨어 관리 경험 보유자
• TCP/IP, VLAN, Switch, Router, DNS, DHCP 등 엔터프라이즈 네트워크 개념에 대한 이해
• 복잡한 IT 인프라 장애를 분석하고 해결할 수 있는 문제 해결 능력 및 Root Cause Analysis 역량
• 다양한 부서, 협력업체, 글로벌 조직과 원활하게 협업할 수 있는 커뮤니케이션 능력 보유자

Position Summary:
The Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for supporting and maintaining the company’s enterprise IT infrastructure, including Windows and Linux servers, virtualization platforms (VMware/Hypervisors), EMC storage systems, and network infrastructure. This role partners with HQ teams, external vendors, contractors, and application teams to troubleshoot infrastructure issues, implement system improvements, and ensure the availability, reliability, and security of business-critical systems.
The Infrastructure Engineer also manages data center infrastructure, including servers, switches, routers, storage, and virtualization platforms. The role is responsible for incident response, root cause analysis, system maintenance, and operational support to ensure stable and efficient business operations.

Responsibilities:
• Manage, monitor, and maintain Windows and Linux server environments to ensure system stability and availability.
• Support VMware and other hypervisor platforms, including virtual machine provisioning, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Administer EMC storage systems, including capacity monitoring, connectivity checks, and storage-related issue resolution.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues related to servers, storage, virtualization, network connectivity, and system performance.
• Support network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewall-related connectivity checks, and server room network equipment.
• Perform incident response, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for infrastructure-related outages or service disruptions.
• Coordinate with HQ teams, contractors, vendors, and application teams to analyze issues and implement technical solutions.
• Perform routine system maintenance, patching, hardware checks, backup support, and infrastructure health monitoring.
• Manage server room equipment, including physical servers, switches, routers, cabling, rack organization, and hardware replacement support.
• Document infrastructure configurations, troubleshooting steps, maintenance activities, and issue resolution for operational continuity.

Requirements/Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure, including Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, and enterprise storage.
• Experience with VMware (or other hypervisors), EMC/Dell EMC storage, and server hardware administration.
• Solid understanding of enterprise networking concepts, including TCP/IP, VLANs, switches, routers, DNS, and DHCP.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills with the ability to resolve complex infrastructure issues in a production environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience working across cross-functional teams, vendors, and global organizations.
