1. Company Overview

ALUKO Group is an industry-leading manufacturer specializing in eco-friendly aluminum solutions for structural applications, electrical and electronic products, and civil engineering/construction, powered by advanced mold design, extrusion technology, and mass-production capabilities.
We are seeking a highly competent Bilingual English-Korean Translator to serve as a vital communication bridge within our organization.

2. Key Responsibilities

Executive & On-Site Interpretation: Provide accurate Korean-English / English-Korean interpretation (both consecutive and simultaneous) for executive leadership meetings, cross-departmental business discussions, and daily technical communications between Korean engineers/technicians and local staff on the shop floor.
Communication Support: Act as a primary linguistic liaison to ensure seamless cross-cultural communication across manufacturing operations.

3. Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Requirements
3+ years of professional in-house translation experience in a corporate or manufacturing setting.
Near-native fluency in both English and Korean, with strong business vocabulary and professional reporting skills.
Ability to provide smooth, real-time interpretation in fast-paced operational environments.

Preferred Qualifications
Prior interpretation/translation experience in manufacturing, aluminum extrusion, metallurgy, or engineering sectors.
Proven capability in simultaneous interpretation.
Strong proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

4. Working Conditions

Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract (Duration: Negotiable)
Location: 1401 S Church St., Halls, TN 38040
Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Compensation: Commensurate with experience (Salary Negotiable)
