    Description
    AGV/AMR Technician is responsible for the effective operation, monitoring, and maintenance of automated robotic systems. This role involves conducting routine inspections, diagnosing system errors & operational issues, and performing repairs & troubleshooting to ensure continuous and reliable performance. The technician supports system stability by collaborating with operations and engineering teams, assisting with system configurations, and ensuring safe operation during abnormal or emergency situations. Additionally, the role includes maintaining a clean and safe working environment, as well as accurate documentation and record-keeping of maintenance activities and system incidents. A commitment to continuous learning is required to stay current with automation technology and improve technical expertise.

    Responsibilities
    [Equipment Management & Maintenance]
    . Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on AGV/AMR systems.
    . Monitor systems performance and identify errors, alarms and/or operational issues.
    . Undertake diagnosis & troubleshooting, promptly addressing operation issues.
    . Employ problem-solving skills to resolve challenges regarding AGV/AMR functionality.
    . Offer comprehensive IT support pertaining to AGV/AMR system, encompassing troubleshooting and technical assistance as needed.
    . Other duties as assigned by the branch manager and/or operation service manager.

    [Operational Support]
    . Analyze recurring issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
    . Operate equipment swiftly and safely during emergencies.

    [Facility Management]
    . Oversee the maintenance of working environment, Implement measures to uphold safety standards and promote productivity in the workshop area.

    [Documentation and Record-Keeping]
    . Review inspection checklists and upload them onto the service platform.
    . Organize documents and manage service orders.
    . Record maintenance activities, parts replacements, and customer interactions.

    Desired Qualifications
    . Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent education
    . Proficiency in mechanical repair methodologies.
    . Ability to visually detect mechanical anomalies.
    . Proficient operation of computerized diagnostic tools and software.
    . Ability to interpret service and repair documentation.
    . Efficient execution of repair tasks. and work orders.
    . Skill in interpreting electrical and hydraulic system schematics.
    . Proper utilization and maintenance of specialized and standard tools.
    . Diagnosis and repair of models of lift trucks and their components.
    . Completion of all assigned Planned Maintenance (PM) tasks on customer lift trucks.
    . Conducting thorough PMs and engine tune-ups on diverse equipment models.
    . Compliant operation of the service van, adhering to all safety regulations.
    . Adherence to safety protocols and company policies during work activities.
    . Accurate identification and procurement of required replacement parts.
    . Comprehensive testing of lift equipment to ensure repairs meet quality standards.
    . Ensuring electric forklift truck batteries are fully charged.
