Today I talked with Immigration officer at INFOPASS and she told me that my and my husband’s name check and security check was cleared on Sep. 11. 08. Then my soft LUD was changed on Today.

My PD is June. 12. 2008 (EB 2, NSC).

In this case, how long should I wait to get approval?

Took me one or two months to get after my name check had been cleared.
Oct. 2007: name check cleared.
Nov. 17th 2007: greencard approved.

It is from the last year and your case many have different waiting time.
