    A leading company in the telecommunications repair/refurbishing industry, is looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join its team as an Administrative Assistant. This opportunity is a full-time, experienced position in Tustin, CA, ideal for a bright and personable candidate with a “can do” attitude who is eager to grow their career as part of a close-knit team.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    General duties, including, but not limited to:

    • Comprehensive administrative duties, such as maintain and updating corporate filing
    • Answer inbound phone calls and provide customer service
    • Interact with clients, senior executives, and multiple levels of management and staff
    • Provide integral meeting support and facilitate conference calls
    • Parking and key control, including working with Landlord to manage office issues
    • Organize office events
    • Retrieve, open and route incoming mail
    • Review corporate legal documents, make suggestions to change in accordance with the law
    • Maintain office related insurance matters
    • Determine needs and/or procure all office supplies, equipment and furniture
    • Coordinate workers’ compensation, maintain documentation and follow up with insurance carrier
    • Interface with Administrative Manager to resolve company computer and phone issues
    • Comprehensive HR function by managing employee records, tracking vacations, and holiday use
    • Maintain human resource records and provide the information when necessary

    Qualifications

    • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong organizational skills and detail-orientated
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality
    • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in high pressure situations
    • Advanced computer skills including Excel, Word, Outlook
    • Be able to multi-task and manage multiple assignments
    • Ability to remain positive and supportive while faced with challenges
    • Ability to deal with various personalities
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality
    • Good working knowledge of California employment laws a plus
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative positions
    • Must be eligible to work in the US
    • Bilingual a plus (English and Korean)

    Salary Range:
    • Negotiable/Based on qualification and work experience
