Job Location: Gardena 1, San Digeo 1

Job Duties:

Day-to-day accounting, monthly, quarterly accounting functions, such as general ledger, payroll. financial reports, AR/AP, bank reconciliations, and tax filings

Assist to prepare half-year compilation, year-end review/audit

Consolidated financial statements, including subsidiaries F/S and international liaison office F/S

Income tax provision by using tax worksheet

Department coordination about accounting or financial procedure

Interface with banks on reporting, compliance, and cash management

Monthly and quarterly accounting reports for the management and executive teams

ERP project coordination (development and implementation)

Perform other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance Preferred

3+ years’ hands on experience (certified public accountant preferred; Logistics area preferred)

Strong budgeting, financial forecasting and financial analysis skills required

Advanced Microsoft office, proficiency QuickBooks and experience with ERP system Interface

Bilingual English/Korean
