​Accounting Manager (LA downtown location)

Job Description

•​ Support internal and external accounting ​auditor for review and annual audit report

•P repare a consolidate financial report for HQ (Trial Balance, Cash flow, Footnote)

• ​Prepare monthly rolling plan report and yearly corporate business expense plan

(allocation of management expense, common expense, etc.)

•​ In charge of IRS income tax audits and supporting accountants for audit preparation

•​ Prepare tax accrual and quarterly corporate estimated tax payments

•​​ Review and prepare bank credit line agreements

• Review quotations and renewals of business insurance packages

Requirements

• ​At least Bachelor’s degree in accounting related major preferred (including Finance)

• ​Must have 5 or more years of experience in SAP & Accounting

• ​Management and Communication Skills to work efficiently

•​ Proficiency with Excel and word required

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and timely regular reports

•​ Bilingual preferred in Korean & English​
