Provisional Period: 3 monthsTypical Responsibilities
Proactively identifies new prospects and initiates engagements through cold calling and referrals
Proactively staying abreast of customer developments and projects
Proactively identifies and promotes products, and/or services
Proactively and regularly contacts customers to offer solutions
Document and compile customer profiles
Administer, facilitate, and coordinate customer transactions and requirements
Manage multiple concurrent customers and projects using tailored project management toolsBasic Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Marketing or related field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
Typically possesses 2 or more years of sales and marketing experience in related field/industry
Experience with cold callingPreferred
Knowledge of HVAC industry, HVAC systems, and technologies
Bi-lingual fluency in Korean is a strong plus (English fluency is mandatory)Core Competencies
