Today I got a mail from Cris for my wife’s 485.

Could you explain what’s the problem for this case? What kind of documentation do I need? I will be gone to korea for next 2 weeks, so I need to hurry up. Mine and my daughter’s 485 were approved at same time. Thanks in advance.
