*필요시 비자 스폰 가능*
Responsibilities:
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Assist as required to organize and schedule meetings and appointments
– Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
– Work closely with construction superintendents and crew members to ensure all job-site needs are met
– Assist with scheduling subcontractors
– Enter job progress and important data daily in real-time software program
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree preferred
– Bilingual in Korean and English
– Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel
