혹시 3012 법안 진행이 어떻게 되는지 알수 있을까요?

만약 통과된다면, 작년 10월부터 소급적용 되는건가요?

최근 LC도 거절되고, 이걸 계속진행해야하는지, 한국으로 돌아가야하는지

Immigration Bill HR 3012는 취업이민의 국가별 쿼터 상한(현행 7%)을 폐지하자는 법안입니다.

아직 법이 확정되지 않았습니다. 여러가지 수정안이 나오면서 이 법안이 어디로 갈지 아무도 알 수 없는 상황입니다.

통과된다고 해도 일반적으로 소급적용이란 없습니다.
