We Helped a Postdoctoral Researcher Get His EB2NIW Petition Approved in 18 days.
Recently, our law firm succeeded in helping a postdoctoral researcher apply for a green card in the EB2NIW classification and get his petition approved in 18 days. The client’s applications were filed to the CIS Texas Service Center on March 25, 2011, and the client received the CIS approval notice for I-140 on April 13, 2011.
The client is a postdoctoral research associate at a cancer research institute in California. He has Ph.D. and M.S. degrees in Biology and Biochemistry, respectively. We helped him prepare and file documents under the immigration classification of EB2NIW. The client’s research focus is in the research fields of molecular cancer biology, cancer signal, cell signaling transduction and nuclear receptor. We also argued that his research expertise has played a crucial role in leading edge research projects supported by the National Institutes of Health (NIH). The client has published 10 scientific papers in highly esteemed professional journals, Science and Cancer Cell, which have been cited more than 60 times as authoritative by other scientists from around the world. He also had his discoveries reported by major public media and professional publications, including CBS News and ScienceDaily. We used our method of evidence preparation to document supporting evidence, including copies of journal publications, media reports, peer-reviewer services, citations of his papers, etc. Additionally, we helped our client thoroughly prepare expert opinion letters in the field of the client’s research.
