(b) evidence of the eligibility requirements for such license and evidence the alien met those eligibility requirements on that date.

My PE application was accepted and did not pass the exam when the LC was filed.
Is the state board’s letter which allowed me to take the exam sufficient?

After the LC was filed I got the PE license. Will the late PE license be helpful?

If the 140 is denied, will the I-140 denial hurt the new LC application and the following procedure?
