    Position Title: Wholesale Sales Associate / Specialist

    Department: Sales & Business Development
    We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Wholesale Sales Associate/Specialist to join our growing U.S. sales team. This role is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with B2B clients including beauty retailers, e-commerce platforms, and distributors. Whether you’re just starting out or bring up to 5 years of sales experience, this is a great opportunity to grow in the booming K-beauty industry with a global leader.

    General Responsibilities:
    – Develop and manage relationships with wholesale clients across North America.
    – Identify and approach new B2B sales opportunities, including retail stores, salons, and online sellers.
    – Present product catalogs and promotions to prospective buyers, and negotiate pricing and terms.
    – Process purchase orders and collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery.
    – Track and analyze sales data to optimize performance and forecast client needs.
    – Participate in domestic beauty trade shows and sales events to represent the brand.
    – Provide after-sales service and maintain client satisfaction.
    – Coordinate with marketing and merchandising teams to align sales strategy with product launches.

    Qualifications:
    – Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
    – 0–5 years of experience in B2B sales, wholesale, or account management (beauty/FMCG industry a plus).
    – Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    – Highly organized and self-motivated with a customer-first mindset.
    – Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
    – Bilingual in English and Korean is preferred but not required.
    – Ability to travel occasionally for business meetings or trade shows.

    Stipend: $55K ~ 95K / year (commensurate with experience)
    Working Hour: Mon – Fri, 8 A.M. to 5 P.M.
