This role is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with B2B clients including beauty retailers, e-commerce platforms, and distributors. Whether you're just starting out or bring up to 5 years of sales experience, this is a great opportunity to grow in the booming K-beauty industry with a global leader. General Responsibilities: - Develop and manage relationships with wholesale clients across North America. - Identify and approach new B2B sales opportunities, including retail stores, salons, and online sellers. - Present product catalogs and promotions to prospective buyers, and negotiate pricing and terms. - Process purchase orders and collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery. - Track and analyze sales data to optimize performance and forecast client needs. - Participate in domestic beauty trade shows and sales events to represent the brand. - Provide after-sales service and maintain client satisfaction. - Coordinate with marketing and merchandising teams to align sales strategy with product launches. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). - 0–5 years of experience in B2B sales, wholesale, or account management (beauty/FMCG industry a plus). - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Highly organized and self-motivated with a customer-first mindset. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus. - Bilingual in English and Korean is preferred but not required. - Ability to travel occasionally for business meetings or trade shows. Stipend: $55K ~ 95K / year (commensurate with experience) Working Hour: Mon – Fri, 8 A.M. to 5 P.M.
