학교에서 Form 8843을 작성하라고 보내줬는데 마지막 두 질문에 대해서
도움을 얻고자 합니다.

permanently in the United States.

미국온지 5년되어서 YES에 해당되는데
sufficient facts이나 statement을 동봉하라는데,
정확히 어떤걸 원하는지 모르겠습니다…

13. During 2007, did you apply for, or take other affirmative steps
to apply for, lawful permanent resident status in the United States
or have an application pending to change your status to that of a
lawful permanent resident of the United States?

그냥 그렇다고 써도 나중에 아무런 지장이 없을까요?

2003년 2004년 E-2 비자였고, 2005년은 1040으로 tax 보고했고
2006년은 tax 보고를 안했습니다.
2007년은 1040NR-EZ 또는 1040으로 해야 합니까?
