프리미엄도 안되고 그런데, niw 140 이 늦어지는 이유가 뭘까요?

아래에 어떤 분이 올려주신 데이타에 의하면 빨리 받은 사람은 22일만에 승인 받은 경우도 있고, 늦게 받은 분은 최장 2430일 (04/08/2014 PD – 12/20/2020 Approved) 이면 거의 140만 6년이상 걸린 분도 있던데요.

날짜에서 이렇게 차이가 많다면 엄청난 차별인데요..

23일 걸린 케이스는 niw 가 아닐겁니다. 다른 eb2 프리미엄 케이스라 보여집니다.

얼마전 VC에게 문의한 결과 입니다. 평균 1년정도 예상하면 될것 같아요.

Currently, the USCIS website indicates that the estimated processing time range at the Texas Service Center for I-140 NIW cases is 14.5 to 28 months from the case receipt date.

For your information, based on our firm’s I-140 NIW cases that received their decisions from the Texas Service Center in recent 3 months, the shortest processing time is 2.8 months, the longest processing time is 27.6 months and the average processing time is 12.3 months.

Please keep in mind that the actual processing times differ for different cases, and it doesn’t mean all the cases have been adjudicated within the above-mentioned timeframe.

텍사스는 모든게 느립니다. i485는 지금 최소가 19개월이에요. 다른곳은 9개월인데 말이죠.. 미쳤다고밖에

텍사스는 심지어 결혼 영주권까지 느려요…. 6개월째 지문노티스도 못 받았어요.
