Currently, the USCIS website indicates that the estimated processing time range at the Texas Service Center for I-140 NIW cases is 14.5 to 28 months from the case receipt date. For your information, based on our firm’s I-140 NIW cases that received their decisions from the Texas Service Center in recent 3 months, the shortest processing time is 2.8 months, the longest processing time is 27.6 months and the average processing time is 12.3 months. Please keep in mind that the actual processing times differ for different cases, and it doesn't mean all the cases have been adjudicated within the above-mentioned timeframe.
