■ 업무내용 :
– Manage day-to-day customer accounts and contract execution
– Validate forecasts and align with production and supply planning
– Process purchase orders and maintain accurate SAP records
– Track production, shipments, and delivery performance
– Coordinate logistics and ensure proper documentation
– Issue invoices, manage customer portals, and follow up on payments
– Resolve order, delivery, and billing issues
– Monitor KPIs (forecast accuracy, OTIF, AR aging) and drive improvements

■ 자격요건 :
– 유관 경력 2년 이상
– 학사 이상
– 영어 -한국어 이중 언어 가능자
– SAP 사용 경험 필수
